Bernardo’s is located on the first floor of the
hotel and is widely known for its longstanding Sunday Champagne Brunch.
Executive Chef Jerry Helminski has created a new menu for Bernardo’s
that celebrates the Spanish, Cuban and Louisiana influences of Bernardo
de Galvez’s life, while continuing to feature local favorites
such as fresh Gulf seafood.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week
and brunch on Sundays.
